A huge hurdle for most people when beginning the journey towards a healthy mental & emotional state is actually setting aside the time to do the exercises and creating space to practice, especially when a go-go-go schedule often makes work bleed into life.
Integrative behavioral and relational coaching is an approach to mental and emotional health that involves selecting techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to address our clients specific concerns. Our approach is solution oriented to give fast and effective results with every session that can be built upon. By tailoring each session to the individual or group, we can produce the most significant and long lasting effects. Unlike some single school approaches, integrative behavioral coaching is not restricted to a particular methodology or school of thought. Instead, we draw on different techniques as they are needed. (CBT, ACT, DBT, somatic experiencing, yoga, meditation, breathwork…etc). The goal of this is to improve the efficacy and efficiency of treatment by being flexible to the ever-changing needs of our clients throughout life.
